We undertake the entire process of producing ultra-large forged products for large-scale production equipment, chemical plant machinery, and power generation equipment, from material casting to forging, heat treatment, and machining finishing.
We can accommodate materials such as carbon steel, various types of stainless steel, nickel alloys, and duplex alloys. We possess the world's largest free forging facilities and can finish products weighing up to 150 tons. For ring mill products, we can manufacture up to a maximum diameter of Φ9,500mm. Equipped with large machining facilities, we can quickly respond to spherical machining and 3D machining without delivery stress.
